Acceptance of These Terms
These Terms and Conditions apply to your use of carver.vote, campaign pages, volunteer signup options, donation links, and campaign communications operated byCommittee to Elect Carver for AZ and Committee to Elect Paul Carver. By using the website or choosing to receive campaign communications, you agree to these terms.
Campaign Information
This website provides information about Paul Carver for State House LD2 and Paul Carver for Deer Valley Unified School Board. We try to keep information accurate and current, but election dates, voter requirements, district information, donation rules, and third-party resources may change. Official election offices and campaign finance authorities should be consulted for official requirements.
Donations
Donation links may take you to a third-party donation processor. Contributions are subject to applicable federal, state, and local campaign finance laws, donor eligibility rules, contribution limits, reporting requirements, and the donation processor’s terms. The campaign may be required to collect and report donor information as required by law.
Volunteer and Contact Submissions
If you contact the campaign, email volunteer information, request a sign, or ask to help with outreach, you agree to provide accurate information and authorize the campaign to respond using the contact information you provide.
SMS Terms
Program names: Committee to Elect Carver for AZ campaign alerts and Committee to Elect Paul Carvercampaign alerts. If you opt in to text messages, you agree to receive recurring SMS or MMS messages from the campaign you contacted, including campaign updates, volunteer coordination, event reminders, voter information, donation reminders, and election-related notices.
Message frequency varies based on campaign activity and election deadlines. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of donating, volunteering, purchasing anything, or supporting the campaign.
You can cancel text messages at any time by replying STOP. After you send STOP, you may receive a confirmation message, and we will stop sending text messages to that mobile number unless you opt in again. For help, reply HELP, email [email protected], or email [email protected].
Supported carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Text message delivery depends on your wireless carrier and network availability.
SMS Consent
You may opt in by submitting a campaign form or email that includes your mobile number and a clear request to receive campaign text messages. Opt-in consent applies only to the campaign you contacted and may not be transferred to another sender.
Mobile information, SMS opt-in data, and SMS consent will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See the Privacy Policy for more information.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the website or campaign contact channels for unlawful, abusive, or fraudulent activity.
- Attempt to interfere with the website, hosting, security, forms, or campaign systems.
- Submit false, misleading, malicious, or unauthorized information.

Intellectual Property
Website text, graphics, logos, photos, and other campaign materials are owned by or licensed to the campaign unless otherwise noted. You may share campaign materials for lawful political speech, voter education, and campaign support, but you may not alter them in a misleading way or imply authorization where none exists.
No Warranty
The website and campaign communications are provided as available. The campaign does not guarantee that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Committee to Elect Carver for AZ, Committee to Elect Paul Carver, and their volunteers, vendors, and representatives will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from use of the website, campaign communications, or third-party links.
